The map showing what is mowed by QOKCA is HERE.

QOKCA mows the following areas (because the County does not mow them):

  • Near the entrance signs
  • The field by Winesap Drive
  • All cul-de-sacs
  • Along roads that border wooded areas

QOKCA does not mow Quince Orchard Knolls Park; it is mowed by the County.

Quill Newsletter Delivery

The Quill newsletter will have 5 issues delivered to homes in the neighborhood this year.

  • We are looking for volunteers to help deliver the Quill - we can pay those who do the delivery.
  • The time requirement is about 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the route. The process is: 1) Pick up newsletters and bags, usually on Friday, 2) Stuff newsletters into bags, and 3) Place a newsletter on the door of each house in the route.

To help with the delivery, sign up here or scan the QR code below.

If you have any questions, please email quill@qokca.com. Details on electronic access to the Quill are below.

If you'd like to receive the Quill via email, ensure your account preferences allow for notifications of new documents. You can check this setting under Profile > Email Options (see below image). You may select the simple "receive all messages" (green circle; recommended to also receive other communications from QOKCA), or you may also select just the "new documents posted" (red circle) for only documents (Quill included).
