Quince Orchard Knolls

Quince Orchard Knolls is located in North Potomac, Maryland.  Situated about 20 miles north of the Nation’s Capital, Quince Orchard Knolls is located between Quince Orchard Road and Route 28 (Darnestown Road) approximately a mile south of the intersection of these two roads and includes the Parkside and Knollwood sections. The majority of the 329 single family homes in Quince Orchard Knolls were built in the early to mid-1970’s, and were once variously known as Quince Orchard Knolls, Golden Gate East, and American Way. The streets that comprise the Knolls are: Apple Knoll Ct., Apricot Ln., Apricot Ct., Bunchberry Ln., Bunchberry Ct., Cherry Grove Dr., Cherry Grove Ct., Clover Knoll Rd., Golden Twig Ct., Peach Leaf Dr., Peach Leaf Ln., Peach Leaf, Ct., Pin Cherry Ln., Quince Mill Dr., Quince Mill Ct., Winesap Dr., Winesap Ter., and Winesap Ct.

Quince Orchard Knolls Park lies in the center of our community, complete with soccer field, baseball diamond, tennis courts, basketball court, and a shady playground.  Asphalt paths wind throughout the community, linking the neighborhood with this amenity.

The Knolls is served by some of the finest schools in Montgomery County, is within walking distance of Quince Orchard High School, and a short bus ride from Thurgood Marshall Elementary School and Ridgeview Middle School.
